Gas Safety Certificates

Are you a landlord? If so, you’ll know that you are responsible for the safety of your tenants. You’ll also be aware that having a gas safety certificate for each of your properties is a legal requirement. Gas safety certificates also need to be carried out and renewed every 12 months.

So do you require a CP12 landlord gas safety certificate? We charge £60 for a gas certificate for either a cooker or a boiler. We can also issue safety certificates for gas fires, however pricing would be on application.
